Shipments
The products you have purchased on our online store will be delivered to you by courier to the address you indicated in the order form.
Shipments are made only on working days, from Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email, containing the tracking number to track the package, as soon as your order is taken over by the courier.

Umberto will not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of products, times are guaranteed except for customs delays or inconveniences due to the Covid pandemic.
If you need to change your shipping address or change it if it is not correct, all this entails a penalty for "Italy" of € 5 + IVA, for "Europe" of € 5 + IVA and for the "Rest of the World" of € 16 + IVA.
